There are no prerequisites for this Certification.

The course materials will be provided as a PDF file, participants will need access to a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of opening and viewing PDF files. This allows participants to study at their own pace and convenience.

Upon completion of the course content, candidates are required to take a final exam to demonstrate their understanding and application of the knowledge acquired during the course. Candidates will need to contact us to book their exam at a suitable time.

Upon successful completion of the final exam, candidates will be awarded the Professional Caregiver Certification - Level 1 (Beginner).
